【摘要】:1GeneralThisInternationalStandardspecifiestwomethodsfordeterminingtheemissionsoundpressurelevelsofmachineryandequipment,ataworkstationandatotherspecifiedpositionsnearby,bycalculationfromthesoundpowerlevel.Theprincipalpurposeofthisdeterminationistopermitcomparisonoftheper-formanceofdifferentunitsofagivenfamilyofma-chineryorequipment,underdefinedenvironmentalconditionsandstandardizedmountingandoperatingconditions.ThedataobtainedmayalsobeusedforthedeclarationandverificationofemissionsoundpressurelevelsasspecifiedinISO4871.Emissionsoundpressurelevelsaredeterminedwiththesamefrequencyweightingandtimeweighting,orinthesamefrequencybands,asthoseforwhichsoundpowerlevelshavebeendetermined.NOTES1ThecontentsofthisandrelatedInternationalStandardsaresummarizedintable1ofISO11200:1995.2Atanygivenpositioninrelationtoaparticularmachine,andforgivenmountingandoperatingconditions,theemis-sionsoundpressurelevelsdeterminedbythemethodofthisInternationalStandardwillingeneralbelowerthanthedirectlymeasuredsoundpressurelevelsforthesamema-chineinthetypicalworkroomwhereitisused.Thisisduetoreverberationandthecontributionsofothermachines.AmethodofcalculatingthesoundpressurelevelsinthevicinityofamachineoperatingaloneinaworkroomisgiveninISO11690-3.Commonlyobserveddifferencesare1dBto5dB,butinextremecasesthedifferencemaybeevengreater.2TypesofnoiseandnoisesourcesThisInternationalStandardis,inprinciple,applicabletomovingorstationarymachines,forindoororout-dooruse,particularlythosemachineswhicharemass-produced.ThemethodsgiveninthisInter-nationalStandardarenotapplicabletohighlydirec-tionalsoundsourcesusedoutdoors.ThisInternationalStandardisparticularlyapplicabletomachineswhoselargestdimensionislessthanorequalto1m.Itisalsoapplicabletolargermachinesincertaincases(see6.2.3).ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoalltypesofnoiseasdefinedinISO2204andISO12001forwhichmethodsfordeterminingthesoundpowerlevelareavailable.3TestenvironmentThetestenvironmenttobeusedisthatwhichisspecifiedforthedeterminationofthesoundpowerlevelinaccordancewiththeInternationalStandardsoftheISO3740orISO9614series.4SpecifiedpositionsThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoworkstationsandotherspecifiedpositionsinthevicinityofthesourceundertestwhereemissionsoundpressurelevelsaretobedetermined.Itisnotappli-cabletoworkstationsandotherdefinedpositionswhicharesituatedinsideacaboracabin,orbehindascreen.Aworkstationcanbeasinglepoint,correspondingtothespecifiedpositionofastandingorseatedop-erator.Itcanalsobeaspecifiedpath.NOTE3Moredetailedspecificationsregardingseated,standing,stationaryormovingoperators,aswellasinfor-mationconcerningbystanders,aretobefoundinISO11201.5SpecificfieldofapplicationofeachmethodSpecificinformationonthefieldofapplicationofeachofthetwomethodsdescribedinthisInternationalStandardisgivenin6.2.2and6.2.3.
