【摘要】:Thistestmethodallowsthenondestructivemeasurementofthemagneticfractionofthebinderphaseincementedcarbidepowdermaterialsandsinteredproduct,andmaybeusedasanindirectmeasureofthecarbonlevelinthematerialorproduct.Measurementofmagneticsaturationprovidesacomparisonoftherelativefractionofmagneticbinderphasethatis,cobalt,nickel,oriron,presentinthematerialandcanbeusedforacceptanceofproducttospecification.Measurementofmagneticsaturationcanbeusedasameasureofthequalityofpowdermaterial.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofmagneticsaturation(Ms)ofcementedcarbidepowdermaterialsandsinteredproductsusingmagneticsaturationinductiontestinstrumentation.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
