【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthecharacteristicsandrequirementsforcomponentssuchaspipes,fittingsandvalvesmadefrompoly(vinylidenefluoride)(PVDF),intendedtobeusedforthermoplasticspipingsystemsinthefieldofindustrialapplicationsabove-ground.ItisapplicabletoPVDFpipes,fittings,valvesandancillaryequipment,theirjointsandtojointswithcomponentsofotherplasticsandnon-plasticsmaterials,dependingontheirsuitability,intendedtobeusedfortheconveyanceofliquidandgaseousfluidsaswellasofsolidmattersinfluidsforindustrialapplicationsincluding?chemicalplants,?industrialsewerageengineering,?powerengineering(coolingandgeneralpurposewater),?electroplatingandpicklingplants,?semiconductorindustry,?agriculturalproductionplants,and?watertreatment.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoPVDFpipingsystemsforuseattemperaturesupto150°C.However,forapplicationsabove120°C,whichdependuponthecrystallinemeltingpointofthePVDFmaterial,itisadvisabletoseektheadviceofthemanufacturerofthecomponent(thecomponentshavetowithstandthemechanical,thermalandchemicaldemandstobeexpectedandtoberesistanttothefluidstobeconveyed).CharacteristicsandrequirementswhichareapplicableforPVDFingeneralarecoveredbytherelevantclausesofthisInternationalStandard.ThosecharacteristicsandrequirementswhichdependonthematerialusedaregiveninAnnexA.
