【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardappliestothedesignandconstructionofmachineryforthesupplyandcirculationofcoatingand/orauxiliarymaterialsunderpressure–inthefollowingcalled"machine"(see3.1).Thecoatingmaterialissuppliedbyairpressureorairless.NOTEMachinescoveredbythisEuropeanStandardmaybelinkedwithe.g.colourmixingmachinery,atomisingandsprayingequipment,sprayboothsandstandsand/orautomatedcoatingmachinery.ThepressurerelatedpartsofthemachinescoveredareclassifiedasnohigherthancategoryIunderarticle9ofthePressureEquipmentDirective97/23/EC.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttothemachineryforthesupplyandcirculationofcoatingand/orauxiliarymaterialsunderpressure,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Machineryforthesupplyandcirculationofcoatingand/orauxiliarymaterialsunderpressureconsistsofthefollowingequipment:?pumpunits;?pressurevessels;?non-pressurisedcontainers;?interconnectingpipesandhoses?flanges,nozzles,couplings,supports,liftingequipmentetc.;?agitators;?filters;?pulsationdampingdevices;?allsafetydevices(e.g.levelmonitoringequipment);?equipmentforheatingand/orcoolingofthecoatingmaterials.Themachinemaybefixedormobile.1.2ThisEuropeanStandardexcludes:?pressurerelatedhazardsofequipmentclassifiedashigherthancategory1underarticle9ofthePressureEquipmentDirective97/23/EC;?atomisingandsprayingequipmentasdealtwithinEN1953-1998andthesupplyhosesforthisequipment;?atomisingandsprayingequipmentasdealtwithinEN50144-2-7-2001,EN50260-2-7-2002andthesupplyhosesforthisequipment.1.3ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyto:?!machineryfor"processingoffoodstuffsandpharmaceuticals;?designandconstructionofpipesandhoses;?designandconstructionofcoatingpresses(see3.23);?machineryforthesupplyofpowdercoatingmaterial.1.4ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletomachineryforthesupplyandcirculationofcoatingmaterialsunderpressurewhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.
