【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribestherequirementsforresistancetemperaturedetectors(RTDs)suitablefornuclearpowerplant(NPP)services.TherequirementsofRTDsincludedesign,materials,manufacturing,testing,calibration,procurement,andinspection.Innuclearapplication,both“direct-immersion”and“thermowell-mounted”RTDarecommonlyused;however,thisstandarddoesnotexcludeanyotherdesignofRTDwhichmayberequiredforcertainspecialapplicationsinvarioustypesofreactors.RTDscanbesuppliedindifferentinternalconstructions,whichdependonthemanufacture,qualifications,andapplications.ForRTDbeingusedinanNPP,thedesignandstructureoftheRTDshouldconsidertheenvironmentalconditionsinwhichthedetectorisbeingusedundernormaloperatingandunderdesignbasisaccidentconditions,aswellasthequalificationtestsspecifiedbytheuser1.Theuseofaflexiblemineral-insulated(MI)cablebetweentheRTDandtheconnectoriscommonlyadopted,andtheusermayalsoadoptanyotherconstruction.AvariationofthisdesignmayincludearigidexteriorsheathovertheMIcablebetweentheRTDandtheconnector,thesebeingweldedtoeachother.Thescopeofthisstandarddoesnotcoverthedesign,materialselection,andconstructionofthethermowell,theguidetube,theextensioncable,andthetemperaturetransmitterorbridgewhichmaybeassociatedwiththeRTD.
